Balancing Act: Navigating Divorce & Separation 9 - 12 years old

There is no "correct" way to cope with a divorce or separation. This single-session group is designed to integrate skills to help children address the emotional challenges and losses that may arise from divorce or separation, whatever they may look like for your family. 

This workshop has engaging activities for children, led by experienced mental health specialists, to identify and express their feelings and adapt to the changes. Gals Institute believes prevention is key to prevent future issues and increase resiliency for youth.
