Gals Institute is partnering with friends Yoga for All, Beautitude Skincare & Wellness and BHealthy LLC for a day of pampering, relaxation and self-exploration. Girls will learn about healthy body image, how to honor and care for their bodies, and the power of mindfulness. Girls will challenge body shaming beliefs and increase their self esteem with learning to love themselves inside and out.
Location: Yoga For All, Wales. 208 E Oak Crest, Wales
