A Dialectical Behavioral Techniques group (DBT) where teens learn skills to respond and not react out of emotions where it may lead to strained relationships. Learn tools on how to have healthy communication with peers, parents and others in your life. Regulate moods and read your body in a way to maintain control and use your voice in a positive way. A great group for teens looking to better
their relationships with others.
This is for both Boys & Girls ages 13-17
Mondays 5:30-6:30pm, Starting Feburary 5th
