Michelle is an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW) who brings clinical skill, genuine compassion, and just the right amount of dry humor to her work with clients. She specializes in helping people navigate depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and family conflict, and she’s good at reminding clients that healing doesn’t have to be heavy 100% of the time.

Michelle has worked in both residential depression recovery and outpatient settings. Her experiences have taught her the importance of resilience, connection, and meeting people exactly where they’re at. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, and believes therapy should feel like a safe place to be honest, imperfect, and human.

Her approach blends evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy. Michelle is all about creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, validated, and occasionally reminded that it’s okay to laugh, even when life feels messy.

When Michelle isn’t at work she enjoys reading, trying local restaurants, spending time with her family and taking long walks with her dog Teagan.
