Who do I contact to initiate services for myself or family members?
Contact us at 262-337-9770 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Identify that you are interested in receiving services for yourself, spouse, or other family members. You will be asked to provide some basic information. If you have insurance, you will be asked for information available on your insurance card. If you do not have insurance, state that you will be a cash pay client.

What can I expect?
Your program will begin with a comprehensive assessment to address your concerns and to determine your desires for treatment. All of our programs are confidential and designed to incorporate your desires while fostering growth from the direction of our advanced trained therapists. The length or time of treatment will be determined by you and your therapist.
